1. Fee Structure & Payment

The student agrees to pay the total course fee as communicated by Lasak Edu before or at the time of admission.

Payment Plan:

Students opting for the installment plan must ensure that all installment payments are completed as per the following schedule:

  • After the initial payment, the first installment amount must be paid within the next 20 days.
  • The second installment amount must be paid within 10 days after the first installment.

Failure to make timely payments may result in temporary suspension of laboratory access, online learning resources, project guidance, or other academic services until all pending dues are cleared.

The institute reserves the right to modify the payment schedule only under exceptional circumstances and with prior written approval.

2. No-Refund Policy

Please read and acknowledge the following:

I, the undersigned, understand that the registration fee, admission fee, tuition fee, and any other charges paid to Lasak Edu are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

This policy includes, but is not limited to:

  • Withdrawal from the course before the commencement date.
  • Withdrawal after the course has started.
  • Inability to attend classes due to personal, medical, family, or work-related reasons.
  • Transfer to another institution.
  • Dismissal from the institute due to misconduct or disciplinary action.
  • Failure to complete assignments, projects, or assessments.
  • Dissatisfaction with course content after enrollment.

Students are encouraged to clarify all course-related queries before completing the admission process.

3. Attendance & Certification

A minimum attendance of 80% is mandatory to become eligible for the course completion certificate.

Students are responsible for:

  • Attending classes regularly.
  • Completing assignments and practical exercises.
  • Participating in assessments and project reviews.
  • Catching up on missed classes independently.

Lasak Edu is not obligated to conduct additional sessions for students who miss classes due to personal reasons.

Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of all academic requirements and clearance of pending fees.

4. Lab & Software Usage

Students must use the institute's laboratory equipment, computers, software, and other learning resources responsibly.

Students shall:

  • Handle all hardware carefully.
  • Follow the instructions provided by faculty and lab coordinators.
  • Use only authorized software installed by the institute.
  • Avoid unauthorized modifications to computer systems.

Any intentional damage caused to institute property shall be the financial responsibility of the student.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, recording, or distribution of software, study materials, project files, or course content is strictly prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout the duration of the course.

Students shall:

  • Respect faculty members and fellow students.
  • Maintain discipline inside classrooms and laboratories.
  • Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive language.
  • Refrain from activities that disturb the learning environment.
  • Follow all institute rules and safety guidelines.

Violation of these rules may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or termination from the course without refund.

6. Course Materials & Intellectual Property

All notes, presentations, recorded sessions, assignments, projects, and other educational materials provided by Lasak Edu are intended solely for enrolled students.

Students shall not:

  • Copy or reproduce course materials.
  • Upload materials to public websites.
  • Sell or distribute institute content.
  • Share login credentials for online learning platforms.

Any misuse of intellectual property may lead to legal or disciplinary action.

7. General Terms

Lasak Edu reserves the right to:

  • Modify the class schedule whenever necessary.
  • Change trainers or instructors.
  • Update course content to match current industry standards.
  • Reschedule classes due to unavoidable circumstances.

Students are expected to keep their contact information updated and regularly check official communications regarding classes, examinations, and announcements.
